Personality: Kousen is usually serious most of the time and is emotionless to those around him. He rarely trusts anyone and this causes him to never speak above a mumble to people when they talk to him or he usually ignores them completely. If the occasion arises where he needs to talk louder, he will speak in an audible tone that can be heard, but he never likes to shout. Kousen has OCD and likes things to be completely perfect the way he sees fit. Kousen can be nice when he sees someone as respectable, but he disregards people he doesn't know. Kousen does not like to kill his opponents, and will only truly kill those who don't give up, or have earned his respect during a fight. He is beginning to move away from this mentality.
History: Deep within the frosty forests of the Land of Water, a woman gave birth to a baby in a wooden cabin in the middle of the night. The woman named the baby Kousen, and her husband stood near her, but his mind seemed to be on something else as well. "They might have heard his cries. We have to get out of here." he whispered to her. "But, I'm too weak now." the woman protested. "I will carry you then." the man whispered back. This was a time of mass persecution of all kekke genkai users who had participated in the war. Kousen's parents, unlikely, were kekke genkai users and so they were being hunted by the angry villagers. The man wrapped the new baby in warm blankets and then walked to the door. He picked up the woman and helped her out of the door, with the baby still in his hands. They walked and walked through the snowy night, unsure of when they would reach somewhere where they wouldn't be persecuted. They suddenly heard shouts of "There they are. Get them." and they became panic stricken. The man began to run with all the might he could, but carrying a baby and helping his wife run as well took it's toll on him. He slipped in the snow, no longer having the strength to keep running, dropping the baby and his wife at the same time. Kousen cried as he landed in the snow behind a bush far from his parents, his blankets unraveling a little. The mob eventually caught up to Kousen's parents and brutally beat them, killing them. Kousen was found by one of the women in the mob, and not wanting to harm such a little baby, she took him home with her, passing him off as her own. Kousen eventually grew up under the guidance of the woman and her husband. They taught him everything he needed to know, except they didn't allow him to go to the Ninja Academy because he would be found out. He learned how to fight with different styles his parents knew, but he preferred hand to hand and the use of a staff. After he became 16, his parents couldn't teach him much anymore, and so they let him join the Ninja Academy under the alias of K. Kousen's last name was unknown, and so he took on the name of the family who raised him. K now attends the Ninja Academy, telling anyone who asks that his name is simply K Ishiru. He was trained enough by his parents to advance to the rank of genin quickly, and his childhood training has now payed off.
Appearance[all ages you intend to use]: At 16, Kousen has gray eyes which make him seem gloomy and sad. Kousen has tan colored skin that makes him seem as if he has tanned in the sun. He has black hair that goes down to the back of his neck and spikes up in the back while the bangs that hang down over his eyes are a reddish color. Kousen wears a gray T-shirt with a longsleeved iron mail shirt under it and his headband tied onto his right arm. He wears baggy black pants and black boots with heavy weights attached to them. He wears his ninja pouch hanging around his waist which contains his kunai and shuriken.
At 17, Kousen's hair is a little longer and spikier, draping down a little past the back of his neck, and he is now 5'10" and wears a black T-shirt with a longsleeved iron mail shirt underneath. He wears the same baggy black pants with black boots from before as well. He also now wears a waist-length blue jacket with pockets that line the left and right sides to hold scrolls. Strapped onto his back is a black sheathe which holds his naginata, quiver of arrows, and bow. He wears silver colored steel bandages that cover his whole arm and end at the blue gloves that cover his hands, both of these hiding the tattoo and silver skin that were now on his arms. The metal of the bandages are different, however, because they are very light but still retain their strength and thickness, they have symbols written all across them in black as well. After making the Ram handseal, the user quickly sucks in air and mixes it with the wind chakra within their body. The user then shoots out that wind chakra in the form of a massive torrent of sharp and deadly arrows.
Technique Drawback: The user is left vulnerable while shooting out the arrows.

Technique Description and Effects: The user surrounds their body in water chakra and allows it to act as a guide for their body. Create a small whirl of water to spin you quickly in time to block an attack from behind, or create instant solid/strong water shields with just a wave of the hand.)
How to use the technique: The user first makes the hand seals Snake, Dragon, and Ram before drawing out their water chakra and covering their entire body with it.
Technique Drawback: The water chakra only remains around the body for 5 posts.

Technique Description and Effects: The user forms spinning wind on their arms so that the strength of their punches are increased as well as now haveing the ability to punch through physical objects. The spinning wind can lengthen the punch if the target is too far away, and also when the user punches into an object, the wind acts like a drill on impact with the object.
How to use the technique: The user makes the ram hand sign and draws their wind chakra out to cover their arm. The wind then spins around on the arm, giving it more strength.
Technique Drawback: The wind chakra can only cover one arm at a time. If wind chakra is used to cover both arms, the user must use extra chakra.

It can be sent out as bursts that are the size of one's head. Even though it isn't lightning, it has all of the properties of lightning such as conducting through water or paralyzing things.
How to use the technique: The user first makes the hand signs Ox, Dragon, Monkey, and then boar. After that, the user focuses on the chakra within their body and then draws it out, concentrating it at the same time.
Technique Drawback: The soul spark bursts can only be used a max of 9 times and will not work if tried to use for more times. It is so concentrated and limited that it can only remain for a short amount of time, so it cannot be used to cover the body.

Technique Drawback: The swords cannot tell which is friend or foe, and so the user can also be harmed. The user also loses 100 chakra when reforming the blades.

Technique Description and Effects: The user forms 13 orbs made completely out of chakra. The orbs are able to capture and trap the opponent. When the orb captures the opponent, it explodes or compresses, destroying or crushing whatever is inside depending on the user's will. The orbs are also able to absorb techniques sent into it and send them back with more force. The orbs can be mentally controlled by the user as well. Forming more orbs takes up 50 energy per orb formed.
How to use the technique: The user first makes the Ram and Dragon hand sign. After that, they let their chakra seep from them into the air to form the 13 orbs.
Technique Drawback: The user becomes immobile on the next post after using the technique from the sheer chakra sent out.

Technique Description and Effects: The user is able to combine their ice chakra into the water based jutsu the user releases. How to use the technique: The user makes the ram and dragon hand signs and combines their water chakra with the ice chakra. When the user releases a water jutsu, it will now have properties of ice and water.
Technique Drawback: Water jutsu require 50 more energy when the ice chakra is being added to them.

How to use the technique: This technique requires no hand signs to use. The user simply sends mass amounts of water chakra through the weapon they are using in order to extend the range of the weapon.
Technique Drawback: The amount of water chakra put into the weapon only lasts for 10 posts before the user must recharge it.

Technique Description and Effects: After making hand signs, the user shoots out a mass wave of wind arrows from their mouth at the foe. The direction of the arrows can be guided by the user if they need to be. Once hitting the opponent, the arrows send wind into their bloodstream, killing them after 2 posts.
How to use the technique: The user first makes the hand signs Dragon, Monkey, Boar, and Ram. After making the Ram handseal, the user quickly sucks in air and mixes it with the wind chakra within their body. The user then shoots out that wind chakra in the form of a massive torrent of sharp and deadly arrows.
Technique Drawback: The user is left vulnerable while shooting out the arrows.

Technique Description and Effects: The user surrounds their body in water chakra and allows it to act as a guide for their body. The water will now be an extension for their body and will allow them to do things they normally couldn't do. (Ex. Create a small whirl of water to spin you quickly in time to block an attack from behind, or create instant solid/strong water shields with just a wave of the hand.)
How to use the technique: The user first makes the hand seals Snake, Dragon, and Ram before drawing out their water chakra and covering their entire body with it.
Technique Drawback: The water chakra only remains around the body for 5 posts.
9. Wind Fist

Technique Description and Effects: The user forms spinning wind on their arms so that the strength of their punches are increased as well as now haveing the ability to punch through physical objects. The spinning wind can lengthen the punch if the target is too far away, and also when the user punches into an object, the wind acts like a drill on impact with the object.
How to use the technique: The user makes the ram hand sign and draws their wind chakra out to cover their arm. The wind then spins around on the arm, giving it more strength.
Technique Drawback: The wind chakra can only cover one arm at a time. If wind chakra is used to cover both arms, the user must use extra chakra.

Technique Description and Effects: The user is able to concentrate their chakra, causing it take on a dark blue lightning form that actually isn't lightning. It is so concentrated that it is now able to cancel out other forms of energy that it comes in contact with, neutralizing them completely. It can be sent out as bursts that are the size of one's head. Even though it isn't lightning, it has all of the properties of lightning such as conducting through water or paralyzing things.
How to use the technique: The user first makes the hand signs Ox, Dragon, Monkey, and then boar. After that, the user focuses on the chakra within their body and then draws it out, concentrating it at the same time.
Technique Drawback: The soul spark bursts can only be used a max of 9 times and will not work if tried to use for more times. It is so concentrated and limited that it can only remain for a short amount of time, so it cannot be used to cover the body.
12. Spark Cannon

Technique Description and Effects: The user channels the soul spark into their hand and pushes it forward. This sends out a dark blue wave of energy that has the same abilities of soul spark itself, but over a longer range. The user can control the direction of the wave after it is shot.
How to use the technique: The user makes the ox hand seal after forming soul spark around them. The user then channels the soul spark energy into their hand and shoots it out as a large wave.
Technique Drawback: Each spark cannon used takes up 3 bursts of soul spark.

On the first post after hearing the whistle, the opponent is slightly disoriented and cannot comprehend right because the sound waves mess up their brain functions. On the second post, the opponent is caught completely in the illusion.
How to use the technique: The user can if they want to, form a one handed sign and then emit a high pitched whistle that is enhanced with chakra.
Technique Drawback: The opponent can easily avoid the illusion if their ears are covered.

Technique Description and Effects: The user is able to form blades of compressed water chakra made from the Hidden Mist Jutsu that is used to blind the foe. The blades are able to lock on and target specific things that the user chooses, but once the path is sent, it cannot be changed. The blades can also reform after 1 post if they are destroyed and the mist still remains.
How to use the technique: The user must have first used the Hidden Mist Jutsu. The user then makes the hand signs dragon, ox, boar and then dragon. After that, they channel a mass amount of chakra through the Hidden Mist Jutsu that they have formed to create the blades.
Technique Drawback: The swords cannot tell which is friend or foe, and so the user can also be harmed. The user also loses 100 chakra when reforming the blades.
29. Imprisoning Despair

Technique Description and Effects: The user forms 13 orbs made completely out of chakra. The orbs are able to capture and trap the opponent. When the orb captures the opponent, it explodes or compresses, destroying or crushing whatever is inside depending on the user's will. The orbs are also able to absorb techniques sent into it and send them back with more force. The orbs can be mentally controlled by the user as well. Forming more orbs takes up 50 energy per orb formed.
How to use the technique: The user first makes the Ram and Dragon hand sign. After that, they let their chakra seep from them into the air to form the 13 orbs.
Technique Drawback: The user becomes immobile on the next post after using the technique from the sheer chakra sent out.
30. Ice Vapor Control

Technique Drawback: A slight drain on the user's chakra.
31. Frozen Waters

Technique Description and Effects: The user is able to combine their ice chakra into the water based jutsu the user releases. The ice chakra within the water jutsu now makes it so that lightning cannot conduct across the water, and also the water flows like normal water, but it freezes on contact with anything around it.
How to use the technique: The user makes the ram and dragon hand signs and combines their water chakra with the ice chakra. When the user releases a water jutsu, it will now have properties of ice and water.
Technique Drawback: Water jutsu require 50 more energy when the ice chakra is being added to them.

Technique Drawback: The body part the user used to freeze the opponent is also temporarily frozen for one post.

Technique Description and Effects: The user is able to move their water chakra through the weapon they are using. By doing this, the user is able to emit streams, blasts, and waves of water with each slice of the weapon. The water acts as an extension to the blade if the weapon is a sword. The user may also create shields of water by rotating the weapon at quick speeds.
How to use the technique: This technique requires no hand signs to use. The user simply sends mass amounts of water chakra through the weapon they are using in order to extend the range of the weapon.
Technique Drawback: The amount of water chakra put into the weapon only lasts for 10 posts before the user must recharge it.
34. Kanki Mouretsu (Frost's Rage)

How to use the technique: This technique requires no hand signs. The user simply sends ice chakra into the weapon they are using. They then control the chakra in whatever way they wish to and for whatever purpose.
Technique Drawback: The user can only hold the ice chakra in the weapon for up to 10 posts until it must be recharged.

How to use the technique: This technique requires no hand signs. The user concentrates on their own chakra and focuses it like they would do for soul spark, but instead of making it take on a lightning property, it remains in it's natural form and is now completely raw. This gensui chakra is completely different from normal chakra, which is why it destroys it and any other type of energy.
Technique Drawback: The user can only use the chakra for 8 posts after activating it. They must give up the same amount of chakra again to use the technique once more.
37. Ice Age

Technique Description and Effects: The user is able to form a mist that freezes the area around them completely so that not even molecules are able to move, thereby stopping all heat and movement.
How to use the technique: The user forms the monkey, ram, ox, and dragon hand sign and then gathers their chakra. From all over the user, they release a super cold mist that freezes anything it touches as well as stopping the movement of molecules. A smaller scale version of the jutsu can be used by the user simply touching the surrounding area.
Technique Drawback: The user's body is slightly frozen for one post after the technique is used.
